Daily Exercise: For progress to be attained, daily frequency seems to be more important than overall time spent exercising. Intensity also seems to be more important than overall time. I would exercise my wrists until they there was heavy lactic acid buildup. This did not take very long with heavy weights: 10-20 minutes. Intense use tends to trigger healing/growth/strengthening.
