Everything off-the-shelf is either stale (n0kovo last touched Apr-2022) or scope-wrong. The Graph API user_friends scope has been locked to mutual-installers since 2018 — that's why no commercial tool gets the full mutual list any more.
The only thing that kills this approach is Meta retiring mbasic. Migration plan: same architecture against www-HTML.
