Made this for my niece who just had surgery and a not great diagnosis. She requested it specifically and it’s never been my thing at Sweet Tomatoes. I followed the directions except fur only using 1 cup of pickle juice. This recipe made a huge amount, I gave my niece half and kept the rest for my husband and I. It is delicious and we cannot stop eating it. I didn’t even think I liked this dish and typically cannot stand dressing with mayo, but I love the flavors in this and the different textures with the pastas- although I’ll probably leave out the fettuccine next time.
