*When I use words like “organic” and “pastured”, I mean it. If you're serious about wanting to look, feel and perform better by limiting the amount of hormones, antibiotics, toxins, molds and inflammatory omega-6 fatty acids that you consume, and you can't find or order clean versions of meat and clean versions of anything that originally came from an animal, you're better off choosing a non-meat based meal.
