[ClickTracker: Keep track of your clicking patterns (for instance, how much you switch tabs, and go back to check your email), and compares them on productive vs. nonproductive days. There’s a study that shows people who are depressed and in front of a computer tend to switch tabs (and go back to email) a lot.
